Notes on Discounted UROP Printing

You may submit your art on Saturdays and Sundays and we'll check them on the next Monday.
If you submit your art on Saturday May 9th at 11:59 PM, it will cost $100.
If you have to resubmit, you will be charged based on the resubmission date.
We are unable to discount a print if you made a mistake after it has been printed. The submitted version is final.
If you found something wrong and it has not been printed, contact us right away, and we'll remove it from our job list. You must resubmit.
If your poster size is not 36" x 48", contact us directly for a quote. (you may not receive a discount)
For print submissions that happen on May 14-15, 2025 will require payment prior to printing.
Since the order is considered RUSHED, you must come into the store so we can take a look at the file and take payment.

What's INCLUDED with your Scientific Poster Printing order?

Matte Paper Mounted on Foam Board

Your Scientific poster will be printed on our sustainable material matte paper and mounted on a foam board for rigidity. The pricing is listed on the calendar above.

Corner Guard

Protect your board from accidental corner damage. Corner guard will not protect it from any Frisbee activity

Plastic Covered

Stay covered from those dirty fingers from eating too much Cheetos from pulling the all-nighters

Quick Turnaround

Most projects may be done same-day or next-business day. First come First Served. Usually takes about 3-4 hours turn around time. - Please contact us for availability.

Payment Methods

Departments may use their UCI's PALCard (Visa) for Scientific Poster Printing order or students can pay with their own Credit Card/Cash/Check.

For those who are printing from department's budget, please have your Financial Officer contact information ready before ordering.

For multiple orders, departments can contact us directly with names of the participating students.

Vinyl/Polyester Scrim Fabric Banner

For easy transport and durability. From April-May only, $96 flat fee UROP ONLY for 36" x 48" (or smaller)

For Polyester, we'll stop taking orders on May 8th

Unmounted Poster Paper

If you prefer unmounted paper, it will be $78. Size has to be 36"x48" or smaller.

48" x 36" Corrugated Box

For those who prefer to hang their poster on a sheet of box and clipping their work starting from $20+tax
